Registration fees
Εach attendee (invited speakers, presenting authors, co-authors, scientific committee members….) must register online.
ONE ORAL PRESENTATION = ONE REGISTRATION. Multiple poster presentations are allowed.
Registration is closed!
Abstract acceptance does not mean registration! Each author attending the conference must register separately.

Payment
Payment should be made in EURO for the net total amount due.
The payment can be done in advance via bank transfer:
- beneficiary - Kaunas University of Technology (Kauno technologijos universitetas);
- account number - LT387044060003104481;
- bank - AB, SEB bankas;
- swift code - CBVILT2X;
- comment field - KTU internal account KO 010, MedPhys2023, participant "First Name, Last Name".
Cancellation
In case the conference & workshop is cancelled, the conference attendees will be entitled to claim the reimbursement of the registration fees.
In order to receive a refund, cancellation requests must be in writing and sent by 15th September which will cause a €25 processing fee.
No refunds will be issued on requests postmarked after 15th September.
